Force Fest 2K26 Discord Bot

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms set out the rules for using the Force Fest 2K26 Discord Bot in the official Force Fest Discord server.

1. Acceptance

By interacting with the Force Fest 2K26 Discord Bot (“the Bot”), you agree to these Terms. The Bot is provided for use within the official Force Fest 2K26 Discord server.

2. What the Bot does

The Bot helps organizers run Force Fest and its Discord community. Features may include:

  • Force Fest registration, event selection, and selection updates
  • Event, Verified, and Guest role assignment
  • AFK functions, channel moderation, and nickname management
  • Member lookup, moderator notes, invitation tracking, and eligible-role restoration after a member rejoins
  • Other administrative and community-management tools

3. Registration and event selection

Please provide accurate registration information. Do not register under another person’s identity, submit false details, create duplicate registrations, or manipulate registrations or role assignments. A second registration for the same Discord account is normally unavailable unless an authorized administrator clears the existing one.

You are responsible for choosing events you intend to attend. Where organizers permit it, selections can be updated through the Bot. Availability may depend on rules, capacity, eligibility, scheduling, or organizer decisions.

4. Guest access and roles

The Bot may provide Guest Login for people who have not completed a Force Fest registration. Guest access is not participant registration and may have different server permissions. The Bot may assign, remove, or restore event, Verified, and Guest roles; automatic role restoration is not intended to restore administrative or moderator roles.

5. Moderation and prohibited use

Authorized moderators and administrators may use the Bot for channel locks, timeouts, nickname changes, notes, and other moderation actions. Follow server rules and their reasonable instructions.

You must not exploit bugs, bypass restrictions, manipulate data or roles, access another person’s information without authorization, abuse moderation features, disrupt the Bot, attempt unauthorized access to its hosting, database, code, or infrastructure, use it unlawfully, or knowingly submit misleading or fraudulent information.

6. Access, availability, and changes

Administrators may restrict, suspend, or remove access when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, maintain security, or operate the event. The Bot is provided as available and may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, Discord outages, hosting or database issues, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

Organizers may add, change, or remove Bot features for event, security, platform, or administrative needs.

7. Third-party services and liability

The Bot uses Discord and infrastructure services needed for hosting and data storage. Their terms, policies, and availability are outside Force Fest organizers’ control.

To the extent permitted by law, organizers and Bot operators are not responsible for losses caused by service outages, temporary downtime, inaccurate information provided by users, or circumstances outside their reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Contact and updates

Questions can be sent to Force Fest organizers or designated server administrators at forceapj@gmail.com. We may update these terms as Force Fest or the Bot evolves; the latest version will remain on this page.
